We don’t know about you all – but we are absolutely obsessed with Parks & Rec – thank you Netflix! Neither of us got into the show when it was originally airing but we both had it added to our watch list but never ended up watching it. One night a month or two ago we were looking for something funny to end our night on and it has become an obsession ever since (side note: if Leah has watched anything remotely scary we need to watch something after to fend off nightmares before bed).
Ron Swanson famously stated that “There is no wrong way to consume alcohol.” While we agree with that statement, we wanted to create a drink that used his beloved Lagavulin for a drink that is sure to be Ron Swanson approved.
Ingredients:
- 3/4oz Sweet Vermouth
- 3/4oz Campari
- 1 1/2 oz Rye Whiskey (We used Redemption Rye)
- 2 Bar Spoons Lagavulin
