We are keeping it simple with this recipe and trying out a perfect drink for the occasion. The Irish Old Fashioned. This herbal, Jameson-forward cocktail will kick off your night nicely, with a bit more sophistication than the usual green beer.

[Irish Old Fashioned]
- 2 oz Jameson Black Barrel Irish Whiskey
- 3/4 oz Bénédictine
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 2 dashes Orange bitters
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with an orange slice.
